Matthew Herbert first met Cologne's Donna Regina in 1996 before the release of their album 'Follow the Sea'. They have gone on to release a string of beautiful electronic pop albums including 'A Quiet week in the house' and 'Northern Classic' (both released by Karaoke Kalk).
